Mo Laudi is a pioneering South African DJ, producer, and founder of Globalisto, internationally recognised for helping shape Afro-electronic music between Johannesburg, London, and Paris from the early 2000s onward. Long before Afro house became globally fashionable, he was developing and platforming a distinctive sound grounded in South African house, kwaito, Afro house, acid, techno, and diasporic club culture. His work as a producer, label owner, and performer, together with collaborations across music and contemporary art, has established him as a singular figure at the crossroads of African electronic music, underground dance culture, and global sonic experimentation.
